Foxy Layers....

I don't think a girl can own too many pairs of leggings and over sized shirts!! Definitely a "go to" outfit for me on an overcast fall day in the BK.....the perfect comfy outfit you can rely on when all you want to do is stay in your pjs all day =) This particular outfit makes me want to sip on a Pumpkin Latte stat!!!

Fall is the best!! Feeling a little under the weather today, gonna sip some tea and try to get some packing done.

Vertical stripes, floral and Lake George

Can I just say I am so BEYOND touched with all the responses I have gotten from these little "style posts"....you all made my weekend!!!! You and the beautiful wedding we got to film, the hot weather and Lake George, but in all honesty it means so much to me to get such lovely comments.  The pressure is on and I hope I don't disappoint =)
I'm stoked to wear this dress right into fall...of course with traveling I didn't pack any fun accessories (darn!!) but I feel there are no limits with this little number and the vertical stripes are MY kind of stripes.  Thanks again and a special thanks to Emerald over at Sunday Crossbow for shedding some light onto Little Ditties!!

Red hot sun flare...

Just when you think it's boot season they predict 83 on Saturday!! This isn't me complaining though, I'll go tight-less for a few more weeks. Nothing says fall like some red hot pants for the season, every time I wear them I swear I have more sass in my step.  Hubs and I are heading to Lake George for the weekend to do a little filming at a wedding.  Maybe I'll get the nerve to take some pics of an outfit with people around....these have all been taken in our back stoop =) Does it get easier fashion friends?? What are your plans for the weekend??

A little Fall baking....


I keep finding yummy pumpkin-ish recipes on Pinterest and this one jumped out at me....

The main reason being I didn't need eggs, oil, nothin but pumpkin in a can and yellow cake mix.  But I went all Betty Crocker up in here and added cinnamon =)

I know you are soooo jealous of my abundant counter space huh??

These little guys are so delish and they are actually part of Weight Watchers!!! So like hubs said "I can eat them all then!!"  Not unless I do first!!!!


Notes: bake at 350 for 20-25min, easiest if you have a mixer but living in Brooklyn I only had room for a wooden spoon (boohoo).

 I am constantly inspired by fashion blogs...here is me taking a stab at it.  It was also fun getting my husband behind the camera taking photos again...we find ourselves only knowing how to shoot in video mode for weddings. It's always great to stretch ourselves a bit.  Not to mention working from home this will push me to look presentable at least once a week!! At least that is the goal.
